Potential Authors
While we are a small publisher that produces only a limited number of releases each year, we are happy to receive submissions from author’s who have written a work that they would like to see published. Submissions should include at least the following –
- An introduction to the author, including information on who they are, what they do and what they are passionate about. We would also like to know a little about the author’s Christian testimony.
- A complete list of contact details, including all phone numbers, email addresses and websites.
- A description of how the author would use the work, if published. Does the author have regular speaking/teaching/performance engagements? How many copies of the book would the author be likely to need to purchase themselves in the first 12 months?
- A detailed synopsis of the book, including
- Target market (who is the reader, what do they do and how old are they?)
- What is the author trying to achieve by writing this book? What needs in the Christian community are being filled by the book?
- How is the book laid out? Does it have study questions?
- What is the basic subject matter and what issues are covered?
- Target market (who is the reader, what do they do and how old are they?)
- How many words are in the manuscript?
- Has it been edited and by whom?
- Are there illustrations or other graphic elements included? Are these supplied, or are you expecting the publisher to source these?
- You should include the first 2 chapters of the manuscript.
