Alexander the Aviator's Aussie Adventures
On Christmas Eve Josh and Alexander travel by plane to visit relatives, but they get stuck overnight in the outback airport while the plane is being repaired. There they learn what it might have been like for Mary and Joseph, giving birth to the baby Jesus in a stable. They also learn that Jesus was the greatest gift of all.
Both “Christmas” and “Outback” are ideal books for Sunday School awards, childrens ministry and RE gifts and stocking stuffers.
Angel a has worked with children through her roles as teacher aide in primary & pre-schools, group leader in childcare, and has volunteered in the children’s ministry in her church for 17 years. She has written curriculum for both holiday programs and Sunday morning church for children.
Her love for children and flying, and a birthday gift of a ‘pilot bear’ was the inspiration behind this series.
In her spare time Angela likes to plan ‘budget’ holidays to take family and friends around Australia. Of course scheduling in some time for writing along the way!
